Xiomara comes to work every day and is an owner-operator herself. She started SBA Direct with 15 years of SBA experience behind her. Xiomara has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and that very spirit has been inspired by the hundreds of borrowers she has helped during her SBA career. As an SBA Underwriter, she has the ability to understand the meticulous and efficient process government loan processing requires.

Xiomara’s role at SBA Direct is to manage over-all workflow and also market the company to new lending institutions. Xiomara engages with lenders who need help with the structure or interpretation of SOP guidelines. She is always a call, email, text, or group post away and is always hands-on with SBA Direct. Xiomara is always readily accessible to help borrowers and accommodate lending partners.
