Pradeep T.

Pradeep T. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Pradeep is currently serving as the Executive Vice President/COO at SBase Technologies, Inc. since 2022. Prior to this, Pradeep worked at Cognizant from 2009 to 2022, holding various roles including Client Relationship Manager, Associate Director/Engagement Lead/Account Manager, and Sr. Manager/Biz.Account Manager/Associate Director. At Cognizant, they were involved in managing contracts and projects, implementing staff augmentation engagements, and identifying fixed bid and capacity opportunities.

Before joining Cognizant, Pradeep spent a significant period of time at Mahindra Satyam, where they served as a Consulting Project Manager, SME for Credit Risk Application migration effort, and Sr. Project Manager/Onsite Delivery Manager. Additionally, they worked at GE as an Assistant Manager and Project Lead, focusing on IT and system analysis for application maintenance and production support projects.

Pradeep's early work experience includes time at HCL Corporation/HCL Deluxe/IDLX/Efunds as a Sr. Systems Executive/Systems Analyst/Development Lead, where they worked on various design, development, maintenance, and testing projects. Pradeep also held roles as a Core Developer, Tech Lead, Project Coordinator, and Project Lead. Pradeep's career began at Hindustan Lever Limited, where they worked as a Research Fellow at the Hindustan Lever Research Center as part of their M.Tech thesis work.

Pradeep T. has a diverse education history. Pradeep started their academic journey at Sri Venkateswara University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in an unspecified field of study. Following this, Pradeep pursued a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, attending from 1995 to 1997.
