Anastasia Shutova

Anastasia Shutova is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent assessment, learning, and development. Currently serving as Manager of HR for Review and Development at Sberbank since November 2017, and as Lead Specialist in Review, Learning & Development at Sberbank CIB since September 2015, Anastasia has a proven track record in designing and implementing assessment tools and training programs. Previous roles include Consultant at SHL Talent Measurement, where significant projects involved creating multi-level solutions for talent assessment, and Specialist in Training and Development at Kaspersky Lab, responsible for organizing training for 1,500 employees.
