Yury Popov

Yury Popov is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as Managing Director at GPB Investment Management since January 2023, Yury also holds a position as Managing Director in Investment Banking at Sberbank CIB, overseeing M&A and ECM execution across various industries since February 2017. Previously, Yury was the Director and Head of Transport, Infrastructure, and Industrials for Russia and CIS at Renaissance Capital from July 2008 to February 2017. Earlier career roles include serving as an Equity Research Analyst at Credit Suisse and progressing through positions at KPMG Corporate Finance, from Analyst to Manager. Yury holds a BSc in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
