Gowtham Ramamoorthy

Gowtham RAMAMOORTHY has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2012, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Swifterz Technologies, where they identified and qualified B2B and B2C prospects and organized client meetings. From 2013 to 2014, they served as an Assistant Manager of Business Development at Congenial Academy, where they conducted competitor analysis, assisted in sales and marketing processes, and planned activities and events to enhance the company's branding. Starting in 2016, Gowtham joined RGIS - France, initially as an Inventory Specialist, then as an Inventory Manager. In these roles, they supervised and supported team members in inventory operations and was responsible for team recruitment, training, and performance monitoring. Gowtham also worked as a Human Resource Intern, where they analyzed and developed employee retention strategies and performed various administrative tasks. Additionally, they served as a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist, handling recruitment processes and creating marketing strategies to improve employer branding. From 2022 to 2023, Gowtham worked at AB Tasty as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Gowtham'sresponsibilities included analyzing business needs, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and executing employer branding strategies. Currently, they are employed as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SBG Systems, starting in 2023.

Gowtham RAMAMOORTHY completed their Master's Degree in International Human Resources Management at Rennes School of Business from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Kalasalingam University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. They have also obtained additional certification as an AB Tasty User (Essentials) from AB Tasty in June 2022.
