Jessica Allen has extensive experience in the IT and business analysis fields, currently serving as the Associate Director of IT Systems at SBM Management Services, LP since March 2013. Jessica's previous experience at Holiday Retirement from May 2000 to February 2013 as a Business Analyst involved working with JDE EnterpriseOne, Kronos, and various human capital management functions including associate relations, benefits, payroll, and recruitment. Jessica has built strong relationships with multiple departments, such as accounting and risk management, and has managed key annual processes like benefits open enrollment and payroll year-end. Notable projects include the implementation of Kronos and the conversion from JDE XE/World to EnterpriseOne.
