Jetske van der Schaaf

Jetske van der Schaaf has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as Group Talent & Learning Manager at SBM Offshore since May 2014. Previous roles at SBM Offshore include HR Manager for Group Functions and Global HR Business Partner. Jetske also runs a consultancy, vol aandacht, providing support for organizational learning and development. Prior experiences include HRD Advisor positions at Dura Vermeer Groep NV and Dura Vermeer, and serving as HRD Manager at 's Heeren Loo West-Nederland, where Jetske transformed the training center into a strategic partner for managers.
