Cristina Rivera

Cristina Rivera is an experienced operations specialist currently working at SBMA - Benefits Administration since February 2021, where responsibilities also include serving as a COBRA administrator. Cristina has held the position of Veterinary Assistant Lead at Vetco Clinics since July 2017 and previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at 24 Hour Fitness from October 2015 to May 2020. Additional experience includes a role as a Legislative Intern at the District Office of Senator Joel Anderson in 2018 and a position as a Residential Service Technician at Home of Guiding Hands from August 2015 to July 2017. Academically, Cristina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Justice Studies from California State University San Marcos and holds two Associate of Arts degrees in Criminal Justice and Social and Behavioral Sciences from Grossmont College.
