Kyle Carson

Kyle Carson, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience. Kyle started their career in 2007 at REI, where they worked as a Sales Clerk for seven years. In 2014, Kyle joined SBP and served as an Americorps Member for two years before being promoted to AmeriCorps Program Manager, a role they held for three years. In 2018, they became the National Human Resources Manager at SBP, and then moved up to the position of National Director of Human Resources in 2019. Most recently, in July 2020, Kyle was appointed as the Chief People Officer at SBP.

Kyle Carson, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor's degree from Texas State University. In 2018, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
