Don Leow

Don Leow, IHRP-SP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Don has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Don's most recent position was as a Member of the HR Committee at NKF Singapore (The National Kidney Foundation) starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SBS Transit Ltd since January 2022. Don also worked at ComfortDelGro as the Vice President (Special Grade) of HR for Singapore, UK, and Ireland from July 2014 to January 2022. Before that, they were the Deputy HR Director at the Ministry of Trade and Industry (Singapore) from July 2010 to June 2014. Don also worked as an Executive Manager at GovTech Singapore from August 2009 to July 2010, and as a Senior Manager at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore from December 2000 to July 2009.

Don Leow, IHRP-SP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics & History from the National University of Singapore, which they obtained between 1990 and 1993. Don further pursued their academic career at the same institution and completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons degree in History from 1993 to 1994. Don Leow has also obtained certifications in HR and Digital Transformation from LinkedIn in 2020 and the IHRP Professional Certification from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) in 2019.
