Kelsey Peissel

Kelsey Peissel (Maloney) currently serves as a Program Coordinator at the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services since April 2024. Previously, Kelsey held various positions at CapTech from November 2019 to October 2023, including Manager and Senior Consultant. Prior experience includes a role as a Management Consultant at PwC from March 2017 to November 2019 and dual positions as a Program Analyst and Science Communications Specialist at the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from July 2014 to March 2017. Kelsey holds a Master of Science in Environmental Sciences and Policy from The Johns Hopkins University (2013-2014) and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Health and Global Environmental Change and Sustainability from the same institution (2009-2013).
