Corey Katz

Corey Katz currently serves as General Counsel at SC Holdings since February 2024. Prior experience includes working as Counsel at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from September 2021 to February 2024, where representation focused on private equity sponsors in leveraged buy-outs, secondary transactions, structured equity investments, and other M&A transactions. Corey Katz also held associate positions at Winston & Strawn LLP (June 2018 - August 2021), Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP (February 2017 - June 2018), and Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP (February 2015 - February 2017). Corey Katz earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
