Chloe Breczinski

Chloe Breczinski is an experienced Environmental Analyst at SC&A, Inc. since April 2023, where responsibilities include providing technical support for greenhouse gas and criteria air pollutant emissions inventory for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and developing a database tool for calculating organizational GHG emissions. Additionally, Chloe serves as a Bookkeeper for the American Solidarity Party, managing financial data and compliance reporting. Previous roles include an Environment Intern for the Church of England - Diocese of Oxford, where analysis of energy usage contributed to net-zero carbon goals, and various bookkeeping and management positions with Faber Metalli and Randy's Family Drug and Gift. Chloe holds a Master of Science in Global Change Management from Fachhochschule Eberswalde and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Latin, and Pre-Pharmacy from St. Olaf College.
