Kashish Mallick is a dedicated Doctoral Student at ETH Zürich since July 2023, focusing on nutritional metabolomics to enhance the diagnosis and management of lactose intolerance through a clinical study involving 120 participants. Currently an Intern in Women's Health at Scailyte, Kashish contributes to grant submissions and regulatory proposals while developing an in-vitro diagnostic prototype and monitoring competitor landscapes. Previous experience includes a Research Intern role at ETH Zürich, where a qPCR assay was developed for microbiome analyses, as well as a Research Analyst position at Performance Buildings, supporting smart building projects. Kashish holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Health Science and Technology from ETH Zürich, with a major emphasis on Human Health and Nutrition.
