Sarah Dunn's work experience starts in 2007 as a Campaign Management Intern at PointRoll, a TEGNA company. Sarah then worked as a Sales Intern at PointRoll in 2008 and as a Marketing Intern at Precision in 2009. From 2009 to 2016, they held various roles at PointRoll, including Senior Digital Project Manager and Team Lead, where they managed rich media advertising campaigns and coached a team of Digital Project Managers.

In 2017, Sarah joined a4 Media as a Senior Digital Strategist, where they managed a remote team and was responsible for media buying and optimization for top programmatic accounts. Sarah then transitioned to the role of Director of Development Operations (DevOps), where they established workflows and selected tools for the Engineering team to achieve key performance indicators.

In 2021, Sarah became the Chief People Officer at Apliiq, overseeing HR, payroll, and people strategy. Sarah was involved in various aspects of the business, including production, tech projects, and inventory management. Most recently, they joined Scala in 2022 as a Senior Engagement Strategist.

Sarah Dunn attended Penn State University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Corporate Communications with a focus on Communications. In 2015, they obtained the IAB Digital Ad Operations Certification from IAB.
