Nicolò Pallotta

Chris Nicol is an experienced Electrical Engineer currently employed at SMART Technologies since July 2010, where responsibilities include developing hardware for innovative DViT interactive whiteboards and educational devices as part of a cross-functional team. Prior experience includes a role as Firmware Engineer at SMART Technologies, focusing on firmware development for similar products, and as an Electronics Contractor at Science Alberta Foundation, designing and repairing educational devices. Additional experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary, conducting labs and grading assignments, and as an Electronics Engineer at Grindcom, developing control systems for forestry industry equipment. Chris holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
