Johnny Mendoza

Johnny Mendoza has over 18 years of work experience in recruitment and HR roles. Johnny most recently worked at Scalable OS as a Recruitment Director starting in March 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director for Recruitment at iSupport Worldwide from January 2018 to March 2021. Johnny also worked as the Senior Recruitment Director & Group Practice Leader at Viventis Search Asia from August 2015 to December 2017. From September 2014 to August 2015, they worked at ADP as the Associate Director for HR and Head of Recruitment - Philippines, where they provided management and strategic leadership to the Talent Acquisition Department. Before that, they served as the Director - Recruitment at Viventis Search Asia from January 2008 to August 2014. In 2007, they were the Corporate Recruitment Manager at Aegis Philippines (formerly PeopleSupport), where they managed the recruitment team for corporate positions and developed recruitment programs and systems. Johnny Mendoza attended Ateneo de Manila University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Sciences. In December 2015, they obtained a certification as a LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter from LinkedIn Certification.
