William Sears is a Senior Project Engineer at Scalar Consulting Group Inc. since August 2020, bringing over 41 years of extensive construction experience. Prior to joining Scalar Consulting Group, William Sears worked as the Assistant Turnpike Construction Engineer for the Florida Turnpike from November 1993 to June 2020. William Sears earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University, completing the degree between 1975 and 1979.
