Andrew Painter

Andrew Painter is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in operations and system administration. Currently serving as Director of IT Operations at Exchange Solutions since April 2019, Andrew also manages MS Platform Services at Scalar Decisions, overseeing server virtualization, infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud services. Previous roles include Team Lead for Managed Services Operations and Systems Administrator at Scalar Decisions, and Systems Administrator at Relish/567vfx/Tendril. Andrew began their career as a Technical Support Engineer at VMware, where Andrew became the Global Support Tech Lead for VMware Workstation. Additionally, Andrew held the position of Apple Tier 2 Product Specialist at Aditya Birla Minacs, providing technical escalation support for Apple products. Andrew holds degrees in graphic design from Brock University and Mohawk College.
