Judith Schrader

Judith Schrader is an experienced investment analyst currently working at Scale Capital since May 2022, focusing on early stage venture investments in digitization and disruptive technologies, particularly in the Nordics and Germany. Judith has also held positions as a junior investment analyst and board observer at 7Analytics, contributing to climate resilience solutions, and served as an international sales consultant at Mazepay, where efforts were directed towards DACH expansion post-investment. Previous experience includes an audit role at KPMG Deutschland, a founders associate position at The Plant Era, and a student assistant role at Humboldt University of Berlin supporting a research project. Judith holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Digital Business from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. An exchange semester was completed at Københavns Universitet.
