Lindsey Altmeyer

Lindsey Altmeyer is a Senior Attorney with experience advising and counseling investors, entrepreneurs, startups, and established businesses on venture financing, securities exemptions, and general corporate governance. Prior to their current role, Lindsey worked as an Associate Attorney and Law Clerk, where Lindsey drafted and edited legal documents. Lindsey also has experience working as an Executive Assistant and Staff Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives. Lindsey holds a Juris Doctor degree from SMU Dedman School of Law and a degree in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
