Kate Mitchell

Kate Mitchell is a Partner at Scale Venture Partners. Prior to joining Scale, Kate was a founding partner of Venture Forward, an early stage venture capital firm. Kate also worked at Fortive, a global industrial technology company, as well as the Silicon Valley Community Foundation. Kate has also been involved with Kauffman Fellows, Broadway Angels, and PEWIN - Private Equity Women Investor Network. Kate began their career at SVB Financial Group and then joined the National Venture Capital Association.

Kate Mitchell earned their BA in Political Science from Stanford University. Kate then completed an executive program in Strategic Marketing Management at Harvard Business School. Lastly, they earned their MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University.
