Ernesto Gabriel Hernández Montoya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, program management, and financial planning. Currently serving as Operations Program Manager at Scale AI since July 2022, Ernesto co-founded several ventures including Mezcal MANO and La Caja Rota, and played a key role at Los Manos Compañía Cervecera. Previous positions include Partner & Head of Planning at SITAP, Managing Director for R&D Energy Projects Fund at Secretaría de Energía, and General Coordinator at GreenMomentum Inc.
