Ouliana Trofimenko

Ouliana Trofimenko currently serves as the Global Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Executive Search at Scale AI, where responsibilities include launching Growth Recruiting focused on generative AI and expanding the Executive Search function. Prior to this role, Ouliana held various senior positions, including Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Webflow, where leadership contributed to hyper growth from 150 to 500 employees. At Mapbox, Ouliana was the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition, playing a critical role in increasing headcount from 180 to over 750, contributing to significant revenue growth. Ouliana’s experience also includes leadership roles at Quid, where growth from under 20 to over 250 employees led to a successful company acquisition, as well as roles in technical recruiting and advising at multiple organizations. Ouliana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from California State University-Sacramento.
