Brendan Anderson

Brendan Anderson has a diverse range of work experience, with their most recent role being the Founder of ScaleCo, an investment company that matches people with profitable growth platforms. Prior to this, they were a Founding Partner and Managing Partner at Evolution Capital Partners, a private equity growth fund that specializes in helping entrepreneurial businesses transform and grow. Brendan has also held positions as a Director at various companies, including Safety Controls Technology, TPI Efficiency, Innoplast, THERMOPRENE, American Sign Products, PSP Metrics, Cap City Dental Lab, and Heavy Equipment Colleges of America.

Brendan Anderson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago. Brendan obtained this degree from 1991 to 1993. Brendan also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from DePauw University, which they completed from 1984 to 1988.

In terms of executive education, Brendan attended the Babson College in 2018 for the program "Driving Economic Growth Through Scale-Up Ecosystems." Brendan participated in the Entrepreneurial Masters Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 2012 to 2014. Brendan also received leadership training from Strategic Coach starting in 2016.

Furthermore, Brendan obtained a certification as a Professional EOS Implementer from EOS Worldwide in March 2013.
