Ben Li

Ben Li is the VP of Operations at ScaleFlux. Successful business leader of operations and strategy with a demonstrated record of working in the semiconductor industry, he joined ScaleFlux in 2018 to lead various operations functions.

Prior to ScaleFlux, Ben was director of sales and marketing at Qualcomm. He successfully led the sales strategy and pricing for the high-growth IoT business in the China region, which started from scratch to hundreds of millions in annual revenue. During his 10 years of experience at Qualcomm, he has a strong track record of leading high-performance teams, driving end-to-end operations, implementing successful sales and marketing strategies, securing design wins, and developing key executive customer relationships. Prior to Qualcomm, Ben was a sales operations manager at Motorola where he managed distributor and operator sales channels, sales incentives, sales processes, etc.. Ben started his career as a business consultant at BearingPoint Consulting firm.

He holds a BS degree from the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, and an MS degree from the McCombs School of Business, the University of Texas at Austin.
