Max Solender

Max Solender has worked in the technology industry since 1992. Max began their career as a Software Engineer at IBM in 1992, followed by a Software Engineer role at PRC in 1994. In 1995, they took on the role of Senior Software Engineer at Visual Networks. From 2004 to 2017, they worked at Discovery Logic, a Thomson Reuters Company, as a Software Development Manager. In 2017, they became a Software Engineering Manager / Architect at Capital One, leading a team in the retail and direct banking division. In 2018, they took on the role of Advisor at MindStand Technologies. Since 2019, they have been the Lead Data Engineer at scaleMatters, where they are transforming early/growth stage tech companies with a data-FIRST approach to managing velocity go-to-market models.

Max Solender attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
