Sharin Kariappa

Sharin Kariappa has over 15 years of work experience. Sharin started their career as the Manager-Head HR at CBSI in 2004, where they focused on talent acquisition and development, workforce planning, and performance management. In 2012, they became a Program Manager at CBSI India Pvt Ltd, leading a team of recruiters and implementing various recruiting processes. Sharin then joined ScaleneWorks People Solutions LLP in 2015 as the Vice President - RPO, where they handled end-to-end recruitment and built a team of 50 recruiters. Sharin also developed talent acquisition strategies, managed hiring plans, and introduced an online e-learning system for continuous learning.

Sharin Kariappa has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR from the University of Madras. Sharin also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Bachelor of Science from St. Agnes College, Mangalore-575002, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma White Belt (v4.0) from the Management and Strategy Institute in May 2020, and Project Management Essentials certification from the same institution in May 2020.
