Tracie Howerter

Tracie Howerter has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Tracie currently works as a Fractional CFO at ScaleUp Financial Solutions, where they began in March 2023.

Prior to that, they were a Consultant at Allitix starting in April 2019. Allitix is a consulting organization partnered with Anaplan, a cloud-based enterprise SaaS Connected Planning platform.

From 2017, Tracie worked as an Independent Financial Consultant while being semi-retired.

Tracie also served as the CFO at BASE Education from April 2020 to January 2023. BASE Education provides SEL prevention and intervention programs for students through a SaaS-based platform.

Before that, Tracie worked as the Vistar Division CFO/VP Finance at Vistar, a division of Performance Food Group, from January 2016 to August 2017.

From April 2013 to January 2016, they held the position of VP Finance at P2 Energy Solutions, where they were responsible for financial planning, reporting, analysis, debt compliance, and private equity relationships.

Tracie worked as the Finance Director/Controller at Gates Corporation from June 2010 to April 2013. In this role, they provided financial oversight and leadership for the North America Aftermarket Business Unit, as well as sales in Gates Australia, Gates Canada, and water pump manufacturing in Yantai, China.

At Pepsi Bottling Group, Tracie held the position of Finance Director for the Colorado Market Unit from August 2006 to June 2010. Additionally, they worked as the Business Unit Planning Manager responsible for financial planning and analysis activities across multiple Market Units in a $1.7 billion region from February 2005 to August 2006.

Tracie's career began at Molson Coors in 2000, where they worked as a Strategic Planning Manager until May 2001. Tracie then became a Finance Manager for the Molson Coors JV from May 2001 to February 2005. Tracie played a key role in the joint venture organization and financial structure between Coors Brewing Company and Molson Inc.

Tracie Howerter obtained their BSE in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School, graduating in 1991. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued an MBA in Finance at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completing their degree in 1997.

Additionally, Tracie Howerter holds the certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an inactive license, which they earned in January 1992 from the State of Maryland.
