Brandi Neloms

Brandi Neloms is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in business development, marketing communications, and customer experience. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of Customer Experience at Scaleup Inc., Brandi focuses on accelerating the growth of small- and medium-sized B2B suppliers. As a Co-Founder of BLK in Bloom, Brandi empowers Black women through community initiatives. Previously, Brandi held the position of Chief Strategy Officer and Co-owner at Sipping Black Only, promoting Black-owned beverage brands. Brandi's background includes key roles at Amazon, Collins Aerospace, and multiple communications-focused agencies. Brandi holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Walden University and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Kent State University.
