Rupali Ghadage

Rupali Ghadage is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with over 7 years of experience in the IT industry and a strong background in HR management. Currently serving as Team Lead of Talent Acquisition at Scalex Technology Solutions since April 2021, Rupali oversees the recruitment process, ensuring goals and targets are met while managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. Prior to this, Rupali was the Senior HR Business Partner at Pace Career Academy, focusing on both overseas and domestic recruitment and handling internal recruitment across multiple branches. Additionally, Rupali holds a Master of Management Studies in Human Resources Management from Aditya Institute of Management Studies & Research and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
