Bahaa Moukadam

Bahaa Moukadam has over 30 years of experience in the business industry. In 1986, they began their career as a Director of Marketing at Wandel & Goltermann. Bahaa then progressed to a Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Senior Marketing Engineer, and Hardware Design Engineer. In 1996, they became a Product Marketing Manager at HP. In 1998, they became a Vice President at Spirent Communications, where they established a leadership position in the emerging IMS and Wireless markets. In 2007, they became Chief Executive Officer at Sunrise Telecom, where they restructured and refocused the company resulting in immediate profitability. In 2013, they became an Investor at Tech Coast Angels and a Founder and Head Coach at SeeMetrics Partners. In 2014, they became a Certified Scaling Up Business Coach at Scaling Up. In 2019, they became an ExO Certified Coach at OpenExO.

Bahaa Moukadam received their BS in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 1983 and their MS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Kansas in 1986. In 2018, they obtained an ExO Certified Coach certification from OpenExO and in 2019, they obtained an ExO Consultant certification from OpenExO. Bahaa is also a Gazelles International Coach.
