Wally MacDermid

Wally MacDermid is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic alliances and business development across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Worldwide Alliances and Distribution at Scality since June 2017, Wally is responsible for managing global partnerships with key companies such as Veeam and HPE, along with overseeing worldwide distribution channels. Previous roles include Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Business Development at Scality, Director of Strategic Alliances at Riverbed Technology, and various leadership positions at Centrix Software, VKernel, NetApp, Onaro, and Motive. Wally holds an International Executive Training certificate in global leadership and management from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Arts in English from UCLA.
