Karolina Ciarach

Karolina Ciarach has a diverse work experience. Karolina started their career as a Project Coordinator Assistant at Instytut Kościuszki in 2011. In 2013, they worked as a Junior Executive Manager at Platinium Communication before transitioning to the role of IT Recruiter Assistant at Modis. Karolina then became a Junior IT Recruiter and eventually an IT Recruiter at Modis.

In 2015, Karolina joined Scalo as an IT Recruitment Consultant. Karolina later became a Team Leader, responsible for managing and leading a team. Currently, they hold the position of Recruitment and Process Support Specialist at Scalo, where they utilize their expertise in recruitment and process support.

Throughout their career, Karolina has developed strong skills in recruitment, team leadership, and process support.

Karolina Ciarach has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Jagiellonian University, which they obtained between 2007 and 2010. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in International Relations from the same university, from 2010 to 2012.
