Leszek Porębski

Leszek Porębski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. From 2019 to the present, they have worked as a Solutions Architect at Scalo. Prior to that, they held the role of Team Lead/Lead Developer/Technical PM at Scalo from August 2019 to December 2022.

Before joining Scalo, Leszek worked as a Senior .NET Developer at Credit Suisse from November 2018 to July 2019. Leszek also served as a Principal Software Engineer at intive from April 2017 to October 2018. During this time, they led software development in one of the teams and worked closely with a Business Analyst on splitting large functionalities into smaller, deliverable chunks.

From August 2015 to April 2017, Leszek worked as a Senior C# Developer at intive - SMT Software Services. In this role, they collaborated with a Product Owner on designing custom-made components for Umbraco CMS and integrated with the company messaging system to manage customer leads.

Earlier in their career, Leszek held the position of Senior C# Developer at CSHARK from September 2014 to July 2015, and was a Senior .Net Developer - Freelancer at CUBE.ITG from February 2014 to September 2014. Leszek also worked as a Technical Consultant/C# Developer at HICRON Sp. z o.o. from December 2012 to February 2014, where they were involved in the programming of a Cars Allocation System for Porsche and the integration of a POS-Credit cards terminal.

From June 2011 to October 2012, Leszek worked as a C# Developer at Comarch Swiss AG, where they programmed a DMS system for Victorinox AG. Additionally, they served as a Java Developer at Comarch Swiss AG from February 2010 to June 2011, working on ECM/BPM systems for ING Bank Śląski.

Leszek Porębski obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from The Silesian University of Technology, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Leszek later pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science at the same institution, but terminated their studies in 2011. In addition, Leszek Porębski obtained a certification as an Umbraco Certified Master from Umbraco in March 2017.
