Paulina Radolińska

Paulina Radolińska currently works at Scalo as a Specjalista ds. HR since June 2016. Prior to this, Paulina worked as a Sales Advisor in the sales industry. Paulina holds a Magister (Mgr) degree in Socjologia from the University of Wroclaw. In their current role, Paulina is responsible for various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, managing employee benefits, and supporting professional development. Additionally, Paulina previously worked as a Konsultant ds. rekrutacji IT, where Paulina sourced candidates and matched them to clients' requirements. Paulina expressed their desire to transition out of sales into HR, where Paulina intends to stay in the future.
