Zigui Li

Zigui (Ziggy) Li is a highly experienced healthcare analytics professional with a strong background in health data management and reporting. Currently serving as Manager of HEDIS & Star Analytics at SCAN Health Plan since November 2021, Zigui has previously held managerial positions at L.A. Care Health Plan and Blue Shield of California Promise Health Plan, where significant contributions include generating $14 million in monthly revenue through accurate data submissions. With extensive experience leading teams and improving data processes, Zigui has consistently enhanced reporting efficiency and quality across various healthcare organizations. Education includes a Master’s degree in Health Informatics from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences from Peking University.
