Pegah Esmaili is a seasoned professional in healthcare operations and management, currently serving as Program Principal for Population Health at SCAN since October 2023. Previously, Pegah held roles at Brightline as Manager of Care Operations Therapy, providing operational support to therapy and psychiatry teams, and at Mindstrong as Clinical Operations Manager, where responsibilities included team building and overseeing day-to-day operations. Early career positions included roles as Operations Associate and Operations Assistant at Mindstrong, focusing on problem-solving and administrative efficiency in healthcare settings. As the CEO and Founder of PEGACTIVE, Pegah combined expertise in health and fitness with a solid grasp of business operations. Additional experience includes roles as a cycling instructor and sales account executive, contributing to various aspects of customer service and strategic management within the fitness and cosmetics industries.
