Renee Delphin Rodriguez

Renée Delphin-Rodriguez is the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of SCAN. She leads SCAN’s Legal Affairs team as SCAN expands geographically, grows its portfolio of product offerings and brings new innovations to senior healthcare.

Prior to joining SCAN, Renée served as a partner in Crowell & Moring’s Los Angeles office and as a member of its Corporate and Health Care groups, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity and debt financing, corporate governance, and complex commercial agreements.

Renée has also held roles at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. In addition, she served as Assistant General Counsel at DaVita and was a law clerk for the Honorable Milan Smith, Jr. on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Renée received her BA from Yale University and her JD from UCLA. She was in the 2015 Fellows Program of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). She is the Board Co-Chair of Planned Parenthood Los Angeles.
