Abdullah Al-Omari, PhD, has a diverse work experience in the field of oncology and biomedical research. Abdullah is currently working as a Scientist in Immuno-Oncology at Scancell Limited since January 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Doctoral Researcher at Nottingham Trent University from November 2015 to June 2020. Abdullah gained significant expertise in bone marrow transplantation as a Bone Marrow Transplantation Practitioner at King Abdullah University Hospital (KAUH) from January 2011 to June 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Oncology Practitioner at King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center from September 2009 to October 2010. These various roles have provided him with a strong foundation in cancer research and patient care.
Abdullah Al-Omari, PhD, has an extensive education history that spans over many years. Abdullah began their journey by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from Jordan University of Science and Technology, graduating in 2009.
Later, in 2013, Abdullah pursued further studies and completed a Master's degree in Oncology and Cancer Biology from Nottingham Trent University. Building on their passion for cancer research, they then enrolled at Nottingham Trent University again in 2015 to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Cancer Immunology, which they successfully completed in 2020.
In addition to their focus on cancer research, Abdullah also broadened their expertise by pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Aston University. The institution recognized the equivalence of their degree, bestowed by the Institution of Biomedical Science, during their enrollment from 2018 to 2020.
