Kofi Boye Yankyera

Manager Customer Insight Base Distribution & Lead Generation at MTN Ghana

Kofi Boye Yankyera has held various roles in different companies throughout their work experience. Kofi Boye started in 2007 as a Systems Intern at Ghana Community Network Service Limited (GCNet) and also had internships in 2008 at the same company. Kofi Boye then became a Systems Officer and later an Infrastructure Support Officer at GCNet from 2011 to 2014. Yankyera joined Aberdeen City Council in 2015, where they worked in Economic Development and IT & Transformation Services. In the same year, they also started working at Access Bank (Ghana) Ltd in Retail Banking, first in Product Development & Channels and later in Analytics and Customer Engagement. Yankyera's most recent position is at MTN Ghana, where they started in 2019 as a Specialist in Customer Segmentation & Modeling and is currently working as a Manager in Customer Insight Base Distribution & Lead Generation.

Kofi Boye Yankyera completed a Master's Degree in Geographical Information Systems at the University of Aberdeen from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from Regent University College of Science and Technology between 2007 and 2011. Kofi Boye completed their high school education in Science at St. Augustines College, Cape Coast, Ghana from 2003 to 2006. In addition, Kofi obtained a certification from the Access Bank School of Banking Excellence at Access Bank Plc in 2016.
