Samuel Addo has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 with roles at Unilever Ghana Ltd as a Channel Manager and later as an Area Sales Manager for the South East region. In 2008, they joined Unilever Pakistan Ltd as an Area Sales Manager for Projects. In the same year, they also began working at MTN Ghana, where they held various positions such as Regional Senior Manager, General Manager for the Northern Sector, and General Manager for Head Regional Sales in South Ghana. Samuel later became the Chief Enterprise Business Officer, overseeing the development and execution of a successful business plan that earned multiple awards. Most recently, they are serving as the Chief Sales and Distribution Officer at MTN Ghana. Samuel Addo has demonstrated leadership skills and expertise in sales and business development throughout their career.

Samuel Addo has a diverse education history. In 2020, they completed an Executive Business Management, Strategy, and Leadership program at Kellogg Executive Education. In 2017, they obtained a certificate in Executive Business Management and Strategy from Columbia Business School.
