Steve Hicks

Steve Hicks has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Steve has held various finance and leadership roles throughout their career. Notably, they served as the Sr. Vice President of Finance - Global Operation at Scandinavian Tobacco Group, where they were responsible for the finance and strategic business partnership of EVP Global Operations. Prior to that, Hicks was the Vice President of Finance and IT at General Cigar, overseeing finance, IT, and operations in the U.S. Steve has also held director-level positions at Reynolds Consumer Products Inc. and Pactiv (Reynolds Group), where they led finance efforts and achieved significant cost savings. Additionally, Hicks has held finance and controller roles at Reynolds Food Packaging, Alcoa, Marconi, and International Converter, Inc./Norandal. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, cost optimization, and team leadership.

Steve Hicks attended West Virginia University from 1982 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting.
