Vivian Baens

Vivian Baens is an experienced business coach and trainer, currently serving as the Inhaberin at Powerful Experience since March 2024. In addition to this role, Vivian has been the HR People Development and Culture Manager and business coach at Scandlines since January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing at Park Hyatt Hamburg from October 2019 to January 2022, and as Sales Manager for the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz from January 2017 to August 2019, where responsibilities included managing the MICE Sales Team. Previous positions also include Sales Manager roles at Radisson Blu Hotel in St. Gallen and Hamburg Airport. Vivian holds a Master of Arts in Business Coaching and Change Management from Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in Hotel and Tourism Management from Internationale Berufsakademie IBA, Hamburg.
