Charles Knowlton

Charles Knowlton is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in development and asset management. Currently serving as Development Manager at Scannell Properties since December 2019, Charles has progressed through various roles, including Senior Development Associate and Development Associate. Prior experience includes working as an Analyst/Asset Manager at Provident Realty Advisors from March 2017 to November 2019, as well as holding positions as Assistant Project Manager and Estimator at Provident General Contractors from June 2014 to March 2017. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University, which was completed in 2014.
