Michael Perucci

Michael Perucci is an experienced real estate development professional with a strong background in project management and construction. Since May 2021, Michael has served as Development Manager at Scannell Properties, overseeing the acquisition, due diligence, design, entitlement, contracts, leasing, and disposition as an owner/developer. Prior to this position, Michael worked at Rock Creek Companies as Development/Construction Manager, where responsibilities included managing the buildout of 550 acres of industrial land. Michael's experience also encompasses roles at PN Hoffman and DRI Development Services, focusing on construction and development management for high-profile projects, including LEED-certified buildings. Michael holds a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
