Jill Laferriere

Jill Laferriere is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Wisconsin Shower Door since May 2023 and as the Human Resources Manager at Scan-Pac Manufacturing since September 2022, Jill has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing HR policies, managing compliance, and overseeing multiple HR programs. Previous positions include Human Resources Business Partner at Satisloh and HR Manager roles at both Northwestern Extract and NeoCoil. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and has also pursued further education at Mount Mary University.
