Monica Lutes

Monica Lutes, PHR, currently serves as the HR Manager at ScanSource since August 2018, following the company's acquisition of POS Portal in 2017. Prior to their role at ScanSource, Monica held various positions at The Creative Group, starting as a Creative Recruiter in June 2014 and advancing to Lead Recruiter by October 2015. Monica also worked as a Human Resources Specialist at North Carolina State University, providing HR services to several departments from 2013 to 2014. Early career experiences include teaching 4th grade at Healthy Start Academy and interning in archival roles at City of Hope and The Drucker Institute. Monica holds an M.A. in History and Archival Studies from Claremont Graduate University and a B.A. in History and Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
