Helena Nespolo

Helena Nespolo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, sales management, and administration. Currently serving as Chargée du back-office SAV at SCANTECH since February 2024, Helena previously held the role of Purchase Manager at LA CABOX® from January 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included strategic commercial participation, sales development, vendor recruitment, and team motivation. Prior to this, Helena served as Customer Success Specialist and later as Customer Success Account Manager at Spartoo.com for a decade, managing multiple international customer service teams and overseeing reporting and web marketing initiatives. Earlier roles included web marketing assistance at Lizeo Online Media Group and yield management assistance at Madame Vacances. Helena holds two master's degrees, one in International Business from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Chambéry and another in Economics from Mendel University in Brno.
