Chang Yao

Chang Yao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, strategic account management, and client engagement across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of the Nationwide Parcel Locker Network Program at Panasonic, Chang Yao has a proven track record in deploying Agile methodologies and driving IoT solutions for mass deployment. In addition to this role, positions at Scantist and Apple highlight skill in managing client relationships, particularly with C-level executives, as well as expertise in software composition analysis and technical support. Chang Yao's earlier experience as an Enterprise Account Manager at Antechnic Engineering Pte Ltd reinforced capabilities in project planning and business development.
